{"id":1490,"date":"2013-09-18T11:49:54","date_gmt":"2013-09-18T11:49:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bwnft.nhs.uk\/?page_id=1490"},"modified":"2015-05-06T11:11:01","modified_gmt":"2015-05-06T10:11:01","slug":"trust-recieves-top-results-for-care-environment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bwh.timothyblake.com\/?p=1490","title":{"rendered":"Trust receives top results for Care Environment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>18th September 2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>Birmingham Women\u2019s Hospital have today <\/strong><strong>received the results from the PLA<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-1489\" style=\"float: right;\" alt=\"INSIDE FRONT  BACK COVERS1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bwnft.nhs.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/images_M_images_INSIDE_FRONT__BACK_COVERS1.jpg\" width=\"254\" height=\"175\" width=\"587\" height=\"418\" \/>CE Inspection (Patient Lead Assessment of the Care Environment) which took place during the summer. We are delighted to announce that the Trust has achieved high ratings for each area of the assessment which includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleanliness<\/li>\n<li>Condition, Appearance &amp; Maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Privacy, Dignity &amp; Wellbeing<\/li>\n<li>Food &amp; Hydration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All areas inspected scored over 95%, with 98.99% for cleanliness and means that the Trust\u2019s ratings are higher than the national average. The Assessment was carried out by patient representatives which also included our patient Governors.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Executive, Professor Ros Keeton commented, \u201cAchieving these results has been a real team effort across the Trust and I would like to thank our staff. Ensuring a clean and comfortable environment and our patient\u2019s privacy, dignity and wellbeing is paramount to us.
