Through this representatives from Healthwatch Birmingham observe service delivery and talk to service users, their families and carers.<br \/>\nTheir concluding comments about us said: \u201cBWH is well managed \u2026 we observed the staff team members being very supportive towards patients and being on hand if women required assistance and\/or information\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Having spoken to our patients and relatives during their visit, they were told that \u201cit was apparent that service user felt they are treated with care, dignity and respect and majority knew how to complaint.
